Hire Terms & Conditions
Rachel Leary Flowers Hire Terms And Conditions:

You may hire as many or few of our items as you wish, there is no minimum order for hire.

All items can be collected from our Wiltshire based workshop or we can deliver. Delivery if local (within a 10 mile radius of Downton, Wiltshire) is free. Non-local will be based on a £1 per mile basis from Downton. Delivery must be agreed at time of booking.

Collection and returning of the hired items is the responsibility of the hirer.

Standard hire is for a period of four working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any other hire period must be agreed at time of booking.

All items will be clean and ready to use when hired out and we except them to returned in the same condition they were hired out in. Any items returned dirty will incur a cleaning charge. We are happy to organise the cleaning of your items for you for an additional fee of 20% of the total hire cost.

We expect the items to be packaged and returned in the same way they were collected in original packaging.

All items are signed out and signed back in. Any missing or damaged items must be reported on return of the items.

A refundable hire deposit is required when hiring items from Rachel Leary Flowers. The hire deposit amount is shown, per item, within the product section. The hire deposit is refunded in full upon the return or collection of the hired items in their original state. The hire deposit will be refunded 1-2 days after collection or delivery back. This so the items can be checked for damage and missing items. Collecting items can be arranged for a fee. All items must be returned to Rachel Leary Flowers within 2 working days of the event.

Any items broken or damaged during the event will be deducted from the hire deposit at full retail value.

Rachel Leary Flowers can not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by broken glass, floral materials or other items/services supplied by Rachel Leary Flowers.

Payment is expected in full prior to collection or delivery. Invoices should be settled no later the 21 days prior to the start of the hire agreement date.

If you need to cancel your order, ensure we are notified within as soon as possible. If notification is any later than 21 days of the wedding/event otherwise 100% of the hire charge will be retained.
